At Alessi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your design purchases. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the items in their original Alessi packaging, including all documentation and protective inserts to ensure the product arrives safely.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
